Job Description

Morgan Services is a well-established company with a rich history of providing the highest quality linen and uniform rental services for over 135 years. As a reputable family-owned business, Morgan Services is deeply rooted in maintaining excellent customer service and operational excellence. The company is known for its commitment to creating a family-like work environment that values each employee's contribution and offers opportunities for career advancement. With a focus on reliability and quality, Morgan Services has successfully served a wide range of clients, ensuring that their linen and uniform needs are met with professionalism and care.

Morgan Services is currently seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join their team as a full-time Service Transportation Representative. This role is critical to the company’s operations, as the person in this position will be responsible for transporting products to and from customers on a daily basis. The position is a full-time commitment, working Monday through Friday during the first shift, with opportunities for overtime during the peak seasons. The compensation starts at $18 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role and the skills required.

The Service Transportation Representative role requires candidates to have the ability to pass a Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) physical, demonstrating good health and fitness to perform the job safely. Additionally, the role involves driving a 28-foot box truck, so a valid commercial driver’s license and experience driving larger vehicles will be essential. The selection process includes a hair sample drug screening and a background check to ensure a safe and dependable workforce. Beyond the technical requirements, the position is suited for individuals who are punctual, responsible, and comfortable with physical activity that comes with daily transport duties.

Beyond the core job duties, Morgan Services offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports employee well-being and financial security. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage to help employees and their families stay healthy and protected. The company also provides a 401(k) retirement plan with an automatic 3 percent contribution from the company, regardless of the employee’s own participation, demonstrating a commitment to long-term financial planning for staff. Additional benefits include profit sharing, paid holidays, two weeks of paid vacation annually, and two paid sick days per year. These benefits make the position attractive for individuals looking for stable employment with a caring employer.

Morgan Services values its reputation as a small, family-owned business that fosters a supportive culture. Employees have direct access to management, creating an environment where feedback and career growth are encouraged. This role will be a great fit for someone who values teamwork, reliability, and the chance to grow within an established and respected company. Interested candidates can apply in person during business hours or reach out via phone or email, offering multiple convenient options for application submission. Joining Morgan Services means becoming part of a legacy company where quality service and employee care go hand in hand, with excellent job stability and the potential for future advancement.
