Currently, Ecolab is recruiting for a Service Representative position in the Nashville, Tennessee market.

As a Service Representative, you will be instrumental in servicing a diverse array of customers, including restaurants, hotels, and long-term care facilities. Your responsibilities will involve heavy installations, repairs, and maintenance of ware washing, laundry, and dispensing systems. This role is crucial in driving a positive guest experience while creating cleaner, safer, and healthier environments for customers. The position is field-based and requires travel within the Nashville area and surrounding locations. You will operate a company vehicle and have access to state-of-the-art resources, tools, and technology to perform your duties effectively.

The Service Representative role offers the opportunity to learn and grow through a paid training program led by subject matter experts. Candidates will gain Ecolab service capabilities, including maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, and product and equipment knowledge tailored to customer segments. Ecolab values a culture of safety, providing top-notch safety training and personal protective equipment. The position requires availability for overnight shifts, emergency call assistance during nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves physical demands such as lifting up to 75 lbs, pushing, pulling, bending, and working in confined spaces.

This full-time role offers a competitive compensation range of $49,400 to $74,100 annually, with pay determined by factors such as experience, education, training, and geography.
