Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must have a valid driver's license
  • must have a clean driving record
  • must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in a customer-facing role (receptionist, cashier, or similar)
  • experience in automotive, service, or dealership environments is preferred
  • basic math and computer skills (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office, or scheduling software)
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Job Duties

  • greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service department
  • answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and respond to customer inquiries
  • occasionally process transactions and cash out customers
  • provide support across various departments as needed
  • communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate and timely updates for customers
