Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or related administrative roles
  • Proficiency with computer systems and service scheduling software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Attention to detail in data entry and financial transactions
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet RV service customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Accurately input customer and RV details into our service system
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to provide status updates
  • Review, scan, sort, file, and upload files
  • Monitor accounts receivables and post payments
  • Assist service advisors with daily duties
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Data entry for warranty
  • Accounts receivable
