The role of Service Receptionist at Holiday World is crucial in ensuring a seamless and welcoming customer experience within their bustling RV service department. This position serves as the friendly face and voice greeting customers in person and over the phone, guiding visitors through scheduling and appointment confirmations in a professional and warm manner. The Service Receptionist plays an instrumental role in managing accurate data entry for customer and RV details, coordinating communication between service advisors and technicians to provide status updates, and supporting daily operational tasks such as scanning, filing, organizing documents, and monitoring accounts receivable. This position requires a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication and multitasking abilities to maintain a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet RV service customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Accurately input customer and RV details into our service system
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to provide status updates
  • Review, scan, sort, file, and upload files
  • Monitor accounts receivables and post payments
  • Assist service advisors with daily duties
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Data entry for warranty
  • Accounts receivable
