Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or related administrative roles
- Proficiency with computer systems and service scheduling software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail in data entry and financial transactions
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet RV service customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Accurately input customer and RV details into our service system
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to provide status updates
- Review, scan, sort, file, and upload files
- Monitor accounts receivables and post payments
- Assist service advisors with daily duties
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Data entry for warranty
- Accounts receivable
