The Service Receptionist position at Grayson Hyundai Subaru plays a vital role in shaping the customer’s first impression of the dealership. This full-time position entails answering incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors warmly, and providing a helpful, friendly, and professional introduction to the service department. The receptionist acts as an essential communication hub, connecting customers with service advisors, scheduling service appointments, and addressing general inquiries. In addition, the receptionist handles the processing of payments for completed work, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process that upholds the dealership's high standards for customer satisfaction. Operating the telephone switchboard is also a key responsibility, routing calls accurately to the appropriate departments and personnel to facilitate prompt assistance.
This role requires a service-oriented individual with a pleasant and courteous personality, exceptional listening skills, and robust administrative capabilities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in front desk or administrative roles and possess strong skills in phone communication and computer operations.
