Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • proficiency in microsoft office applications
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • capacity to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner
  • help provide an excellent customer service experience by interacting with customers within the waiting and service write-up area to determine satisfaction levels
  • solicit positive social media responses and reviews
  • accept payment for completed service work and balance receipts at the end of shift
  • restock refreshments, food, and lobby materials in the customer lounge
  • keep the lounge area neat and inviting during business hours
