Job Duties

  • Serve as the professional first point of contact for service customers both in person and over the phone
  • Create a welcoming premium experience that reflects the Audi brand
  • Actively manage incoming calls with purpose accuracy and confidence
  • Schedule service appointments to support shop flow and customer convenience
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to strengthen customer relationships and retention
  • Answer customer questions thoroughly or connect them to the appropriate team member
  • Support business operations through digital document archiving and data accuracy
  • Stay knowledgeable on current services products and pricing
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism empathy and solutions-oriented thinking
