Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus but we do on-the-job training

Job Duties
- Answer phones and assist our guests
- Handle customer questions and concerns diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- New responsibilities will be added over time
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
