Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must have an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus but we do on-the-job training

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and assist our guests
  • Handle customer questions and concerns diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
  • New responsibilities will be added over time
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
