The Service Porter and Greeter position is a critical role within the service department. This role involves greeting service customers warmly, performing vehicle registrations, and ensuring that the service drive and lounge area are maintained in an orderly fashion. The Service Porter and Greeter is also responsible for the movement of customer vehicles to facilitate smooth and efficient traffic flow within the facility, thereby enhancing customer convenience.
