The position involves physical tasks such as lifting tires, frequent standing and walking, as well as bending or squatting, making physical stamina essential.

Moreover, candidates are expected to have the ability to operate vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions, and there may be a requirement to obtain forklift certification. Proficiency in technology is also important, as Bachman Auto Group utilizes a variety of software and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency. These include CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, as well as various Manufacturer websites.
