Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Punctual, responsible, and professional in appearance
- Comfortable driving various types of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs)
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in valet, shuttle driving, or automotive service porter role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Professional appearance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Greet service customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pickup
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely, professional manner
- Provide a welcoming first impression for all service guests
- Transport customers to and from the dealership promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean, gassed-up, and presentable shuttle vehicle
- Communicate clearly with advisors about pickup/drop-off needs
- Move vehicles to technician stalls, detail, or staging areas as needed
- Maintain service lot organization
- Wash and vacuum vehicles after service when necessary
- Assist with shop cleanliness and supply restocking
- Support the service team and advisors with miscellaneous tasks throughout the day
