The role of Service Porter / Shuttle Driver / Valet at Castle Rock CDJR is an essential, customer-facing position that ensures the smooth operation of the service department. The Service Porter / Shuttle Driver / Valet will be responsible for greeting customers enthusiastically and assisting with the efficient drop-off and pickup of vehicles. As a valet, this individual serves as the first point of contact for service customers, creating a welcoming and positive first impression. The shuttle driving duties involve transporting customers to and from the dealership efficiently and courteously, ensuring their comfort and safety. Maintaining the shuttle vehicle’s cleanliness and readiness is also an important part of this responsibility.

The service porter responsibilities are centered on supporting the technicians and service advisors by moving vehicles to technician stalls, staging, or detail areas as necessary.
