As a Service Porter Associate, you will be tasked with maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the community's common and recreational areas. Additionally, you will manage inventory by receiving and stocking maintenance supplies, reconciling packing slips, and promptly communicating with property management to address safety concerns and maintain the marketability of the community.

This role demands a courteous and helpful attitude to promote positive resident relations, providing assistance when needed, and supporting general maintenance duties as requested by the Service Manager. The job typically requires working on-site with varied schedules including weekends, ensuring flexible availability to meet community needs.
