The Lot Porter position is an essential role within the Service Department under the supervision of the Service Manager. This position involves moving and cleaning motorcycles, ensuring that the inventory is maintained in excellent working condition, and assisting with various tasks that support the smooth operation of the service facility. The Lot Porter plays a crucial part in maintaining a clean and organized service area, handling forklifts, washing and detailing motorcycles, unloading new units from freight trucks, and assisting in assembling and performing pre-delivery inspections on new motorcycles. The role demands physical strength and stamina since it involves pushing and loading motorcycles, lifting heavy materials, and performing tasks that require frequent bending, crouching, and handling tools.

Furthermore, a key responsibility is to uphold the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction by ensuring that motorcycles are ready for customers and the overall lot is well-kept.
