The role offered is that of a Team Member who will join a dynamic team to help uphold the luxury experience in all customer interactions and dealership operations. This position is essential in maintaining the impeccable appearance and performance of the vehicle inventory, ensuring that all cars are clean, fully charged, and ready for customer viewing or delivery. Responsibilities include moving vehicles around the dealership as needed, placing essential documentation such as buyer guides and stock tags, conducting quality checks, and performing necessary drives for delivery or customer service purposes. Additionally, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the dealership grounds such as driveways, sidewalks, and the service drive is an important part of the day-to-day duties. As the first point of contact for service customers in the drive, this position requires a professional and prompt greeting to enhance the overall customer experience.

The role demands a positive attitude, a clean and valid driver’s license, and the ability to follow directions closely to ensure safety and efficiency in all vehicle movements and interactions. This customer-facing position also requires someone who can comfortably interact within a luxury environment, conveying the high standards of the BMW brand while supporting a seamless and enjoyable service delivery.

Job Duties

  • Maintains vehicle inventory appearance and performance by moving cars where they need to go and charging batteries when necessary
  • Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
  • Drives vehicles as necessary for quality checks, delivery back to customer, or other necessary drives
  • Cleans driveway, sidewalks, and service drive
  • Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
  • Greet customers in the service drive promptly and professionally
  • Perform other duties as necessary
