Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior automotive industry experience required
  • valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • ability to perform physical labor tasks including standing, bending, and lifting
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong work ethic
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrating a high hospitality quotient consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Safely move and organize vehicles within the service department and lot, following dealership standards
  • assist with customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off
  • greet customers professionally, help with loading/unloading belongings, answer basic questions, and direct them to service advisors
  • keep the service area clean and organized by sweeping, vacuuming, and removing trash
  • assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks
  • run errands such as picking up parts
  • shuttle customers if needed
  • follow all safety regulations
  • perform other duties as assigned
