Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
no prior automotive industry experience required
valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
ability to perform physical labor tasks including standing, bending, and lifting
excellent communication skills
strong work ethic
ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Demonstrating a high hospitality quotient consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Safely move and organize vehicles within the service department and lot, following dealership standards
assist with customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off
greet customers professionally, help with loading/unloading belongings, answer basic questions, and direct them to service advisors
keep the service area clean and organized by sweeping, vacuuming, and removing trash
assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks
run errands such as picking up parts
shuttle customers if needed
follow all safety regulations
perform other duties as assigned
