Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Punctual, responsible, and professional in appearance
Comfortable driving various types of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs)
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet service customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pickup
Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely, professional manner
Provide a welcoming first impression for all service guests
Transport customers to and from the dealership promptly and courteously
Maintain a clean, gassed-up, and presentable shuttle vehicle
Communicate clearly with advisors about pickup/drop-off needs
Move vehicles to technician stalls, detail, or staging areas as needed
Maintain service lot organization
Wash and vacuum vehicles after service when necessary
Assist with shop cleanliness and supply restocking
Support the service team and advisors with miscellaneous tasks throughout the day
