Job Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms
- experience in a dealership environment preferred but not required
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- ability to work with a team, as well as different departments within the facility

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and quality service to customers
- provide service department with customer vehicle pick up and delivery service
- pay attention to small details before delivering a car to a customer
- clean vehicle before delivery to customer
- anticipate customers’ needs
- clean, move, and maintain appearance of service vehicles
- assist Service Department managers, Advisors, Technicians and Cashiers
