Job Description
This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products to run the restaurant but operates as a separate business entity responsible for all employment matters. This distinction means that all hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling decisions are made exclusively by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- availability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- outstanding attitude and team player mentality
- ability to follow instructions and food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and positive attitude
Job Duties
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
