Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • support the general manager and culinary manager in daily cafe operations
  • provide expert direction to front-of-the-house staff
  • continuously train and develop crew members
  • ensure crew are knowledgeable and friendly to deliver excellent customer service
  • foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  • maintain high standards of quality and service
  • contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for customers
