Job Requirements
- Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
- ability to engage and develop team members and coach in adherence to company policies
- passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
- willing to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- minimum 21 years of age
Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
- proficient with computer software such as Excel, Windows, POS
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
- local and state regulatory certifications or ability to obtain
- proficiency in verbal and written English
- ability to pass background check
Job Duties
