Job Requirements
- Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
- ability to engage and develop team members and coach in adherence to company policies
- passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
- willing to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- minimum 21 years of age
Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
- proficient with computer software such as Excel, Windows, POS
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
- local and state regulatory certifications or ability to obtain
- proficiency in verbal and written English
- ability to pass background check
Job Duties
- Coach teammates on delivering excellent guest experience
- anticipate, identify, and resolve guest issues
- positively interact with guests and solicit feedback
- handle guest concerns escalated from teammates
- ensure quality of restaurant facilities in coordination with General Manager and Director
- model standards and expected behaviors
- train new menu items and operational standards
- write schedules for department staff
- motivate teammates to improve performance
- deliver performance feedback and align on disciplinary actions
- develop leadership skills in self and team
- establish financial plans and communicate strategies
- review sales and trends and initiate growth programs
- conduct administrative duties and ensure legal compliance
