Job Requirements

  • Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
  • ability to engage and develop team members and coach in adherence to company policies
  • passionate about hospitality and guest experience
  • able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
  • willing to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • minimum 21 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
  • proficient with computer software such as Excel, Windows, POS
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
  • local and state regulatory certifications or ability to obtain
  • proficiency in verbal and written English
  • ability to pass background check

Job Duties

  • Coach teammates on delivering excellent guest experience
  • anticipate, identify, and resolve guest issues
  • positively interact with guests and solicit feedback
  • handle guest concerns escalated from teammates
  • ensure quality of restaurant facilities in coordination with General Manager and Director
  • model standards and expected behaviors
  • train new menu items and operational standards
  • write schedules for department staff
  • motivate teammates to improve performance
  • deliver performance feedback and align on disciplinary actions
  • develop leadership skills in self and team
  • establish financial plans and communicate strategies
  • review sales and trends and initiate growth programs
  • conduct administrative duties and ensure legal compliance
