Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front of-house operations or management
- Valid alcohol service certification where required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to uphold and enforce company policies and procedures

- Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Experience in training and performance management
- Ability to handle scheduling and employee task delegation
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- Providing or directing all front of house training
- Managing performance of front of house employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling costs
- Enforcing liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Assisting with employee development through daily feedback
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring front of house staff
- Directing work including scheduling and task assignment
- Creating a fun and safe environment through contests, theme nights, and incentives
- Practicing safe food handling procedures
