The role of Service Manager at Bubba's 33 is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about leading teams and elevating guest experiences. As a Service Manager, you will oversee all Front of House daily operations, ensuring that every aspect of the customer journey meets the restaurant's high standards. Your responsibilities will include managing the performance and training of Front of House employees, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with employment policies and safety regulations. This position requires a hands-on leader who can create an engaging, fun, and safe environment for both staff and guests.

The Service Manager plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence by managing liquor orders, controlling associated costs, and enforcing liquor laws alongside Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines. You will be instrumental in the growth and development of your team by providing regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing strategies for improvement. Hiring, scheduling, and task delegation will also be part of your daily activities, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly before, during, and after business hours.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of liquor laws and safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • capability to conduct interviews and manage staff performance

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
