This position is a full-time opportunity to become a part of the Bubba's 33 team as a Service Manager. The Service Manager role is pivotal in overseeing all Front of House daily operations, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is designed for informed leaders who possess a passion for people and customer service and who thrive in a fast-paced, engaging restaurant environment. Service Managers are responsible for inspiring and leading a team of Front of House employees, fostering an environment that emphasizes legendary service standards and compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.

The Service Manager will take charge of driving sales and guest satisfaction by reinforcing the steps of service throughout the restaurant. This includes responsibility for providing or directing all Front of House staff training, managing employee performance through feedback, coaching, and conducting evaluations, and overseeing hiring processes. Additionally, the Service Manager will ensure the proper management of liquor orders and costs, enforce responsible alcohol service, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the restaurant.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing Front of House operations in a restaurant
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and safety standards
  • Commitment to upholding company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a management role in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding guest service

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
  • Providing or directing all Front of House training
  • Managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback during one-on-ones
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
  • Directing work including setting hours, schedules, and assigning tasks
  • Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
