This role demands attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities, as well as a positive attitude and the ability to listen carefully and respond to customer needs.

At Ken Garff, employees enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a 401k plan with a company match, robust medical, dental, vision care, and various insurance coverages such as disability, AD&D, and life insurance. Additional benefits include wellness time off, paid holidays, personal purpose days, and mental health support programs that promote overall well-being. Employees benefit from year-end bonus programs and discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and services, reflecting the company's philosophy of rewarding hard work and loyalty.

Career growth is encouraged, with many opportunities to advance into more specialized roles within service and sales, making it an excellent place for individuals seeking long-term career development in the automotive industry. The company’s approach to work is characterized by a supportive atmosphere where every employee’s contribution is valued, reflecting Ken Garff’s belief that the essence of their success lies in the way they listen and respond to their team’s needs.

Being a Service Lot Tech at Dewey Ford means joining more than just a dealership; it means becoming part of a legacy that is dedicated to innovation, exceptional customer service, and a workplace culture that stands out in the automotive industry.
