Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- able to pass a criminal background check
- able to pass pre-employment drug screen
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- prior experience in a customer service role required
Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the service area
- assist customers with parking and retrieving their vehicles
- ensure the service drive and customer waiting areas are clean and orderly
- pick up cars and deliver courtesy cars to customers at their residences
- deliver vehicles to customers following service appointments
- maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- assist with other tasks as directed by the Service Manager or other dealership personnel
