- high school diploma
- at least 1 year experience in automotive service industry or hospitality industry
- effective communication skills
- valid driver's license
- acceptable driving record
- at least 18 years of age

- knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures
Job Duties
- perform and provide accurate contracts for loaner agreements
- manage loaner fleet providing prepped clean vehicles ready for guests
- accurately inspect conditions of inbound and outbound vehicles with documentation
- provide up to date status of guests' vehicles in service for repair
- prepare new vehicles to enter loaner fleet
- monitor soon to be retired loaner vehicles to be transferred to sales department
- create reports of outstanding loaner vehicles that are due
- keep up to date of maintenance of loaner vehicles
