Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Restaurant experience
  • Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Familiarity with office paperwork
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
  • Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Basic office paperwork familiarity
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location

Job Duties

  • Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
  • Help resolve food quality issues
  • Support food safety including ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and ensuring food safety policies and checklists are followed
  • Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
  • Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and shift meetings
  • Develop and cross train front of house crew
  • Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
  • Assist with office administration duties like banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • Ensure office equipment is working and supplies are ordered as necessary
  • Ensure proper quantity of supplies are available
