Job Requirements

- Restaurant experience
- Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Familiarity with office paperwork
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
- Help resolve food quality issues
- Support food safety including ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and ensuring food safety policies and checklists are followed
- Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
- Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and shift meetings
- Develop and cross train front of house crew
- Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
- Assist with office administration duties like banking, cash handling, and paperwork
- Ensure office equipment is working and supplies are ordered as necessary
- Ensure proper quantity of supplies are available
