Job Requirements

Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
Have knowledge of food safety and health department matters
Have familiarity with office paperwork
Have a high school diploma
Have restaurant experience
Have the ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
Helping to resolve food quality issues
Supporting food safety including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, and following food safety checklists
Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
Developing and cross training front of house crew
Assisting with crew performance reviews and developing future service leaders
Managing miscellaneous office administration tasks including banking, cash handling, and paperwork
Ensuring office equipment is in working order and ordering supplies as needed
Maintaining proper supply quantities
