  • ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
  • understanding of food safety and health department regulations
  • familiarity with office paperwork
  • ability to work on feet and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

  • ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
  • resolving food quality issues
  • supporting food safety procedures including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, and ensuring food safety checklists are followed
  • resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
  • developing and cross training front of house crew
  • assisting with crew performance reviews
  • developing future Service Leaders
  • performing office administrative duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
  • ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
