Job Duties
- ensuring great tasting, high quality food is served
- resolving food quality issues
- supporting food safety procedures including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, and ensuring food safety checklists are followed
- resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive customer experiences
- monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- developing and cross training front of house crew
- assisting with crew performance reviews
- developing future Service Leaders
- performing office administrative duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork
- ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
