Job Description

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is a leading fast-casual restaurant chain known for its commitment to cultivating a better world by serving responsibly sourced, classically cooked, and real food made with wholesome ingredients without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Founded with a mission to change the face of fast food, Chipotle has grown to operate restaurants not only in the United States but also in Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. The company is unique in its scale as it operates and owns all its restaurants in North America and Europe directly, enabling it to maintain high-quality standards and a consistent customer experience across its locations.

Chipotle is committed to making better food accessible to everyone while leading the way in sustainability, food safety, technology innovation, and digital ordering. The company fosters a people-first culture grounded in core values that emphasize diversity, equity, inclusion, and meaningful community impact. As a recognized leader and innovator in the food industry, Chipotle is dedicated to hiring world-class individuals who share its passion for delivering great guest experiences and driving positive social change.

The Service Leader role at Chipotle is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about customer service and food quality. This full-time position focuses on ensuring that every patron receives high-quality, safe food served in a timely and friendly manner. As a Service Leader, you will play a vital part in maintaining an organized and efficient restaurant line, managing food quality and safety standards, and fostering a positive workplace culture through effective crew training and leadership.

In this role, you will be on your feet for most of your shift, actively engaging with customers, assisting the crew, and addressing any food quality or customer service issues that arise. The position requires a hands-on approach where you will monitor food safety practices such as hand washing, glove changes, and temperature controls, ensuring compliance with health department standards.

Moreover, the Service Leader supports administrative responsibilities including banking, cash handling, and office paperwork. This role also involves developing front-of-house crew members through training and performance reviews, helping prepare future leaders within the organization. The opportunity offers competitive compensation and benefits, including tuition assistance, free meals, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and digital tips. Chipotle is proud that 80 percent of its managers began their careers as crew, highlighting the company's dedication to career growth and advancement opportunities.

Joining Chipotle means becoming part of a brand that not only serves delicious food but also prioritizes sustainability, ethical sourcing, and community well-being.
