- take photos and videos on a tablet
- strong data entry skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic knowledge of automotive repair at express technician level
- strong communication and customer service skills
- computer proficiency including data entry
- ability to operate Reynolds & Reynolds software
- excellent phone etiquette
- ability to work collaboratively in a team
- clean driving record for the last three years
- professional and friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- Assist with greeting customers in service drive
- lead customers to the correct service advisor
- walk customers to the waiting area and provide a brief tour of dealership amenities
- answer advisor phone calls to address questions
- possess basic knowledge of recalls and services
- schedule service appointments
- navigate Reynolds & Reynolds for customer history
- check service order status and vehicle status using Reynolds & Reynolds
- set next service appointment if advisor is unavailable
- assist with cashiering and walking customer vehicle
- maintain fleet of Subaru loaner vehicles
- keep TSD updated with current information multiple times daily
- track all loaner agreements
- maintain vehicles including fuel level checks and cleanliness
- write up and close loaner agreements with customers
- perform walk-arounds at check-out and check-in to check for and record vehicle damages
- report all damages to service manager immediately
