We are currently seeking a full-time Dealership Support Staff member who is enthusiastic about working with the public and excels in customer care. In this position, you will be the first smile our guests see upon arrival, serving as the face of our dealership’s customer service. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, assisting them with any initial questions, and ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to while they wait. You will be tasked with quick yet thorough vehicle support tasks such as topping off all vehicle fluids, testing batteries, and performing vehicle walk-around inspections to prepare the vehicle for service.
Another important aspect of this role involves introducing guests to available service advisors and staging vehicles for service efficiently. Post-service, you will retrieve the vehicles and escort customers to ensure a seamless end to their visit. Maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the waiting area is crucial, including restocking snacks and drinks and ensuring that restrooms are clean and inviting. Additionally, you will occasionally manage outdoor duties such as arranging parking spaces and cleaning the parking lot to maintain a professional and safe appearance. This role demands reliability, excellent communication skills, and a personable demeanor, as you will be a central connection point between the dealership, the customers, and the service team. The salary for this full-time position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with negotiable terms based on experience and qualifications.
