Service Driver/Porter

The role available is for a Service Porter / Driver within the Service Department. Reporting directly to the Fixed Ops Manager, this position is essential in ensuring that motorcycles and sold vehicles are transported safely and efficiently to their destinations, whether locally or on longer trips that may require overnight stays. The individual will be responsible for driving and delivering motorcycles and other vehicles, including dealer trades and swaps, and ensuring that all relevant paperwork is accurately completed and signed off. This job demands hands-on involvement in vehicle preparation such as cleaning and prepping motorcycles for delivery, as well as assisting the service department with pickups and deliveries.

Beyond transportation, this position includes supporting technicians by facilitating the timely delivery of parts to aid in repairs and installations, enhancing the overall efficiency of the service department. The Service Porter / Driver will maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and service areas, contribute to the upkeep of customer motorcycles, and perform additional duties as assigned by the service manager. This role requires a commitment to flexible work hours and the ability to travel as necessary to fulfill delivery and service obligations.
