This role focuses on providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive service environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of work and customer satisfaction, working closely with the rest of the team to ensure every vehicle is serviced efficiently and meets exacting quality standards prior to delivery to clients. Knowledge of in-vehicle technology such as Bluetooth setup is essential to assist and educate customers thoroughly about their Toyota vehicles. This position requires attention to detail, practical use of shop supplies, and adherence to safety protocols. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Basic understanding of automotive technology preferable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must have a reliable means of transportation

Job Duties
- Providing quality customer service to all vehicles
- Knowledge of in vehicle technology (setting Bluetooth etc.)
- Hold a high standard of work and customer service
- Brand knowledge on all Toyota products
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures
- Understand the proper disposal procedures
- Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner
- Show common courtesy to all customers and dealership personnel
- Ensure all vehicles are dry and vacuumed prior to the customer picking up vehicle
- Perform nightly/daily cleaning tasks
- Any other task assigned by manager
