Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of automotive industry is an advantage
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Authorized to work in the United States

- Previous sales experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Organize greet and attend to the needs and wishes of a service drive guest
- Offer vehicle service contracts to customers about to be out of factory warranty
- Perform other tasks involved in serving loyal Crown service customers
- Learn and become efficient with automotive software systems used in sales and service
- Acquire inventory from the service drive for used vehicle inventory
- Reduce wait time and increase service customer satisfaction by checking in guests and coordinating during peak traffic times on the service drive
- Work with a used car buying team through an automated process
- Help to sell new or used cars through the use of customer loyalty software
- Organize various activities behind-the-scenes
