The position available is for a Service Drive Concierge at Crown Hyundai, an integral role that serves as the vital link between service drive customers and the sales department. This role is designed to enhance customer service experiences by identifying additional service opportunities tailored to the needs of each client while reducing wait times and increasing overall customer satisfaction. The position offers competitive base hourly pay complemented by commission and bonuses, with total estimated first-year earnings ranging from $40,000 to $65,000. As a Service Drive Concierge, your key responsibility will be to assist customers efficiently during peak times on the service drive, coordinate with a used car buying team via an automated process, and leverage customer loyalty software to help promote and sell new or used vehicles. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing various behind-the-scenes activities to keep operations running smoothly.

This role requires a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while providing outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will acquire knowledge and proficiency in automotive software systems that support both sales and service operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic knowledge of automotive industry is an advantage
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Organize greet and attend to the needs and wishes of a service drive guest
  • Offer vehicle service contracts to customers about to be out of factory warranty
  • Perform other tasks involved in serving loyal Crown service customers
  • Learn and become efficient with automotive software systems used in sales and service
  • Acquire inventory from the service drive for used vehicle inventory
  • Reduce wait time and increase service customer satisfaction by checking in guests and coordinating during peak traffic times on the service drive
  • Work with a used car buying team through an automated process
  • Help to sell new or used cars through the use of customer loyalty software
  • Organize various activities behind-the-scenes
