Job Duties
- Provide immediate and friendly customer service in person and over the phone
- Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of the reception area
- Manage towel laundry and ensure availability for members
- Spot check throughout the center to uphold cleanliness and order
- Promote and share information about all center programs and services
- Assist with membership sales as needed
- Coordinate multiple activities with efficiency and professionalism
