Job Duties

  • Provide immediate and friendly customer service in person and over the phone
  • Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of the reception area
  • Manage towel laundry and ensure availability for members
  • Spot check throughout the center to uphold cleanliness and order
  • Promote and share information about all center programs and services
  • Assist with membership sales as needed
  • Coordinate multiple activities with efficiency and professionalism
