Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Operator's Driver’s License must be insurable
- ability to drive a standard transmission
- physically able to stand, walk, talk, reach, lift up to 50 pounds
- able to perform essential job functions as described

- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- good vision including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- valid Operator’s Driver’s License and insurable
Job Duties
- Greets clients and escorts client to appropriate member
- parks cars in designated areas
- retrieves cars for clients
- finds and installs license plates
- replaces vehicle bulbs
- notifies Assistant Service Manager or Estimator if client is waiting
- keeps service drive free of vehicles
- maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
- helps clients transfer luggage or packages between cars
- assists techs in moving inoperable vehicles
- alerts Manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles
- assists with housekeeping on the service drive keeping it clean and clear of debris
- attends department meetings
