Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or service coordination

- knowledge of communication or security systems terminology preferred
Job Duties
- field incoming client calls and create service tickets
- de-escalate client issues with empathy and assurance
- schedule service appointments optimizing technician routes
- prepare purchase orders and allocate parts
- track incomplete service tickets and schedule return visits
- follow up with customers to assess satisfaction
- prepare and issue accurate service invoices
- manage on-call rotation schedule
- attend company meetings
- support Service Manager with departmental tasks
- fill in for Service Manager as needed
