Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED required
  • 0-2 years of technician support or dispatching experience
  • ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • capable of managing schedules and coordinating multiple tasks
  • strong attention to detail
  • proficiency with administrative tasks
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced service environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of technician support or dispatching experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • knowledge of service agreements and client requirements
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • familiarity with equipment and parts

Job Duties

  • Coordinate service requests to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • schedule appointments and maintain service records
  • dispatch technicians at appropriate times based on priority and location
  • maintain and update the dispatch board
  • maintain good client relations and provide clear communication
  • manage monthly preventative maintenance agreement scheduling
  • assist in gathering information from technicians and log work orders
  • procure parts and tools as needed
  • perform additional duties as assigned
