Job Description

TWC Services, Inc. is a distinguished leader in the commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and commercial cooking equipment service industry. Established in 1906, the company boasts over a century of expertise and has grown to over 30 office locations throughout the southern United States, including 34 offices in the Southeast region. With a dedicated workforce of more than 500 technicians, TWC Services has earned the reputation of being the best place to work in its sector by embracing a people-first philosophy. This approach underscores the company's core belief that its employees are its greatest asset, which has been instrumental in driving its long-term success and customer satisfaction. Headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, TWC Services continues to expand its footprint while maintaining its commitment to industry-leading standards and exceptional client service.

The Service Coordinator role at TWC Services, Inc. offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to clients. This position is essential to the company's operations, acting as the pivotal link between customers and technicians. Under general supervision, the Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating service requests to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. The role requires scheduling appointments, maintaining comprehensive service records, and providing top-tier client support. The position demands someone who is organized, communicates effectively, and has a proactive approach to managing multiple service calls and client interactions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in dispatching technicians by coordinating with team members and managers to assign the right technician based on priority, location, contract specifications, and time constraints. They will maintain the dispatch board, ensuring all service calls are tracked and rescheduled if necessary to guarantee completion. Client relations are also a critical component of this role, requiring consistent and clear communication to both internal teams and external customers. The Service Coordinator must possess working knowledge of service agreements and preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring all client contracts are honored and filters or parts are ordered as required.

Support for technicians extends beyond dispatching, involving accurate documentation and logging of work orders, timely acquisition of client approvals, and coordination with parts suppliers for necessary inventory. Having familiarity with equipment and parts enhances the effectiveness of this support. Additional responsibilities may be assigned, offering the chance for personal growth and development within the company. This position is well suited for candidates who have up to two years of technician support or dispatching experience, though equivalent experience will also be considered. A high school diploma or GED is required. The company offers an attractive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and vacation; 401k with company match and profit-sharing; wellness reimbursement programs; tuition reimbursement; and opportunities for continuing education and career growth. TWC Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer that participates in E-Verify, reinforcing its commitment to hiring qualified individuals fairly and legally.
