Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED required
- 0-2 years of technician support or dispatching experience
- ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- capable of managing schedules and coordinating multiple tasks
- strong attention to detail
- proficiency with administrative tasks
- willingness to work in a fast-paced service environment
Job Qualifications

- 0-2 years of technician support or dispatching experience
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- knowledge of service agreements and client requirements
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- familiarity with equipment and parts
Job Duties
- Coordinate service requests to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- schedule appointments and maintain service records
- dispatch technicians at appropriate times based on priority and location
- maintain and update the dispatch board
- maintain good client relations and provide clear communication
- manage monthly preventative maintenance agreement scheduling
- assist in gathering information from technicians and log work orders
- procure parts and tools as needed
- perform additional duties as assigned
