Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or coordination roles
  • proficiency with desktop and cloud-based software systems
  • strong communication skills both oral and written
  • ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • familiarity with service industry terminology is a plus
  • capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership

Job Duties

  • Field incoming calls from clients to determine service issues
  • create service tickets and schedule appointments with technicians
  • de-escalate client issues by expressing empathy and assurance
  • create efficient technician schedules maximizing billable and minimizing travel time
  • support technicians by preparing purchase orders and allocating parts
  • track incomplete tickets and schedule return visits
  • follow up with customers after service visits
  • prepare and issue accurate service invoices
  • manage on-call rotation scheduling
  • attend company meetings as required
  • support Service Manager with departmental needs
  • fill in for Service Manager during absences
