Must be 18 years or older
valid driver's license with a clean driving record
able to pass a criminal background check
able to pass pre-employment drug screen
high school diploma or equivalent
prior customer service experience

Job Duties

Greet and assist service customers with check-ins
stage vehicles in the service repair area
answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments
assist service advisors with booking repair orders
follow up with customers
walk customers to their vehicles
perform ancillary duties related to service writing
other duties that may arise in the service department
