The role of Service Concierge at Ron Tonkin Toyota is an entry-level, commission-based position ideal for individuals with a strong customer service background who want to build valuable skills in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver's license
  • Prior customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist service customers with check-ins
  • Staging vehicles in the service repair area
  • Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments
