Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- able to pass a criminal background check
- able to pass pre-employment drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Greet and assist service customers with check-ins
- staging vehicles in the service repair area
- answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments
- assist the service advisors with booking repair orders, following up with customers, walking customers to their vehicles, and performing ancillary duties that come with service writing
- other duties that may arise in the service department
