Job Requirements

  • Valid Alaska driver’s license
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and guide every guest with genuine warmth and confidence from arrival to pickup
  • Listen carefully to understand vehicle concerns then communicate them clearly to the service team
  • Present repair recommendations and pricing in a way that builds trust and removes anxiety
  • Keep guests informed at every stage ensuring no surprises or excuses
  • Reconnect with guests after service to confirm satisfaction and strengthen the relationship
  • Manage the appointment schedule to optimize technician workflow and minimize guest wait times
  • Document all vehicle concerns and authorized work in detailed, accurate service orders
  • Serve as the communication hub between guests and the technical team
  • Monitor service timelines and flag any delays before they become problems
  • Process payments and ensure every invoice is correct and clearly explained
  • Maintain thorough vehicle service records for every guest
  • Build a working knowledge of automotive systems, service intervals, and common repairs with company support
  • Keep pace with new vehicle technologies and service procedures as brands evolve
  • Develop accurate, fair estimates reflecting the quality and value guests expect
