Job Duties

- Keep guests informed at every stage ensuring no surprises or excuses
- Reconnect with guests after service to confirm satisfaction and strengthen the relationship
- Manage the appointment schedule to optimize technician workflow and minimize guest wait times
- Document all vehicle concerns and authorized work in detailed, accurate service orders
- Serve as the communication hub between guests and the technical team
- Monitor service timelines and flag any delays before they become problems
- Process payments and ensure every invoice is correct and clearly explained
- Maintain thorough vehicle service records for every guest
- Build a working knowledge of automotive systems, service intervals, and common repairs with company support
- Keep pace with new vehicle technologies and service procedures as brands evolve
