The role of a Service Concierge at Nelson Mazda Norman is vital to enhancing the overall customer experience. As a Service Concierge, you will be the friendly face that greets customers and assists in ensuring all vehicles are prepared and maintained to high standards before delivery. This position demands an individual who is attentive to detail and capable of working efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe service drive area free from trash, water, leaves, and dirt. You will be responsible for placing protective mats, oil change stickers, and seat covers in vehicles, as well as maneuvering cars throughout service lanes, stalls, parking lots, and other property locations as needed. Other responsibilities include driving vehicles to car washes, vacuuming interiors, checking in and out loaner vehicles, conducting gas checks, and performing routine upkeep and basic maintenance of the service area. The role requires a proactive approach, flexibility, and the physical ability to stay on your feet and work in varying weather conditions throughout the day.
