Job Duties
- greet and guide every guest with genuine warmth and confidence from arrival to pickup

- keep guests informed at every stage - no surprises, no excuses
- reconnect with guests after service to confirm satisfaction and strengthen the relationship
- manage the appointment schedule to optimize technician workflow and minimize guest wait times
- document all vehicle concerns and authorized work in detailed, accurate service orders
- serve as the communication hub between guests and our technical team
- monitor service timelines and flag any delays before they become problems
- process payments and ensure every invoice is correct and clearly explained
- maintain thorough vehicle service records for every guest
- build a working knowledge of automotive systems, service intervals, and common repairs - with our support
- keep pace with new vehicle technologies and service procedures as our brands evolve
