Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic service department team. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and is essential in managing all incoming customer interactions as well as coordinating appointments for vehicle servicing. The Customer Care Representative will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and professionalism throughout their service journey. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, greeting customers upon arrival, scheduling service appointments, and following up with customers after their vehicle maintenance to guarantee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can independently manage their tasks while collaborating closely with the service team to deliver unparalleled customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for every customer, managing the flow of customer traffic efficiently, and collecting necessary customer information and documentation accurately. You will support the service team by maintaining strong communication lines and ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care and attention to detail. This position is critical in nurturing enriching relationships with customers to build clientele for life and encouraging referral business through successful follow-ups. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will provide insights and updates on client interactions and departmental objectives. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or automotive service preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties

  • Handling incoming calls for service with professionalism and care
  • Assists customers with setting up appointments for vehicle servicing
  • Greet customers as they walk-in to the service department and direct the flow of customer traffic
  • Create a great customer experience from scheduling service to vehicle pick-up
  • Initiate calls and emails to recent customers to follow up on their service experience
  • Support the Service Department to provide highest level of customer service
  • Collect customer information and paperwork accurately
  • Build strong relationships and work closely with the service team
  • Self-manage, self-motivate, and multitask consistently
  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Report to Service Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews
