Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years managerial or supervisory experience in the quick lube or automotive business
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
- Full mobility to twist, stoop, and bend
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Knowledge of cash handling and safety procedures

- Ability to perform mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety policies and practices

Job Duties
- Manage the overall operation of a service center including hiring, training, and discipline of employees
- Provide superior customer service leadership
- Maintain store inventories and housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Achieve profit plan and manage inventory, labor, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies and other procedures
- Mentor, lead, and train the team to optimize development
- Perform and train team members on automotive preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and light and wiper inspections
- Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers
