Job Requirements

1-2 years prior experience in a high-volume setting
Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification
Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information
Flexible schedule and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
US work authorization
Ability to carry plates that may be warm or hot
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years experience in a high-volume beverage service environment
Food Handler Certification
Responsible Beverage Certification
Strong knowledge of beverage products including liquors, wines, and coffee
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Serve beverages in an efficient, courteous manner
Demonstrate knowledge of liquors, wines, and cocktail-making techniques
Prepare coffee drinks for the restaurant team
Assist with light food running and carry warm or hot plates
Maintain the bar area including cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment
Provide excellent guest service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
Follow health and safety regulations relevant to beverage service
